Valuations

Online valuations are estimates based on the information you provide, third-party data (DVLA, DVSA, valuation providers), and the four declared assumptions in our flow. They are valid for 7 days from generation. The final figure is confirmed in writing at collection.

Adjustments

If your vehicle materially differs from your declared answers (condition, finance, damage, service history) we may adjust the offer at collection. Where it matches, the price stands.

Cancellations

You can cancel an appointment any time before our team arrives, free of charge, via /manage-my-appointment.

Title and finance

We require the V5C in your name and proof of identity. If your vehicle is on finance, we settle directly with your lender on the day and pay you any balance.

Limitation of liability

We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site. Nothing limits liability for fraud or anything that cannot be limited under UK law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
