Are you actually based in London or is that marketing?
We're at 238-240 Bethnal Green Road, London E2 0AA. Walkable from Bethnal Green Tube. You can drop your cab off in person and watch the Faster Payment clear in our office. Mon to Sat 8am to 8pm.
I'm in a London ULEZ-non-compliant diesel cab, is it worthless?
Far from it. The trade still buys non-ULEZ diesels for export, dealer trade, and parts. We pay trade value, typically 25-40% above what a part-exchange dealer offers, because we sell straight into that downstream market without a forecourt margin in the way. Tell us the reg and we'll firm an offer same day.
My PCO licence (TfL plate) is about to expire or has lapsed. Still buy?
Yes. Expired, lapsed, surrendered, never re-plated, all welcome. We handle the TfL deplating in-house (line-item £150, never deducted from your offer) and process the V5C transfer ourselves. You don't need to do anything at the LTPH counter.
