Do you buy the licensed Hackney Vito taxi?+
Yes. Green-plate and black-plate Vito taxis, including the wheelchair-accessible conversion. If your licence has lapsed we still buy the vehicle. Submit your reg for a firm offer within 2 hours.
Do you buy 9-seater private-hire Vitos and minibuses?+
Yes. Traveliner, Tourer and 8 to 9-seater private-hire Vitos, licensed or not. Declare the seat count and any conversion in the valuation flow so the offer reflects it.
Do you buy Euro 5 or older Vitos?+
No, we only buy Euro 6 Vitos now. High mileage on a Euro 6 is fine, there's no mileage cap, but we can't make an offer on Euro 5 or older.
I still owe finance on the Vito, can you help?+
Yes. We settle the outstanding balance direct with your lender and pay you anything left over. Bring the finance details and we sort it on collection day.
Is my Vito ULEZ-compliant?+
The Vito is diesel, so the London ULEZ needs it to be Euro 6: the later vans meet it and the older ones do not. Euro 6 is also the only Vito we are buying at the moment. Check your exact registration on TfL's checker rather than assuming.

How long does the offer stand?+
Your offer holds for at least 72 hours, and the exact expiry date is printed on the offer itself. If it lapses, ask and we re-quote with current figures.
Do you collect, and does collection cost anything?+
We come to you anywhere in the UK at no charge, at a time you choose. If you would rather drop the vehicle at our Bethnal Green office, that is fine too.
When and how do I get paid?+
Paid in full by bank transfer before your vehicle leaves, after inspection and agreement. There are no selling or admin fees. The price holds if the vehicle is as described. Any change is explained first, and you can say no.
What do I need to have ready on the day?+
The V5C logbook in your name, photo ID, both sets of keys and your UK bank details. Bring the service history and any finance settlement letter if you have them.
