One screen. Check the vehicle we found, add your mileage and how to reach you. Takes under a minute. Anything a valuer should know, condition, finance, damage, you can mention on the call.

A real person calls with an offer
A real valuer reviews your enquiry and calls, texts or emails with a firm offer within 2 hours during opening hours (Mon to Sat, 8am to 8pm). It holds for at least 72 hours.

Collection and payment
Free UK collection or drop off at our Bethnal Green HQ. You sign the V5C and we take the vehicle at the same appointment. Paid in full by bank transfer before your vehicle leaves. Finance settled direct with your lender.

Documents you'll need
What to have ready for collection day
Nothing at offer stage. At collection or HQ drop-off:
- V5C logbook. If it is missing, we must review your ownership documents before confirming a purchase.
- Both sets of keys (single key reduces the offer slightly)
- Private-hire or Hackney plate, if the vehicle still carries one
- Service history, if you have it (improves the offer)
- Outstanding finance settlement letter, if applicable
- Photo ID matching the V5C (driving licence or passport)

When do I actually get the money?+
Paid in full by bank transfer before your vehicle leaves. After inspection and acceptance, we send the Faster Payment and it usually clears within the hour.
Can the price change at collection?+
The price holds if the vehicle is as described. Any change is explained first, and you can say no.
Do I need documents to start?+
No. Just reg and mileage. V5C, keys and any finance settlement letter come on collection day.
What if my cab isn't currently licensed?+
Licensed, lapsed or never licensed, we buy them all. The offer reflects trade value for your condition and status.
Your offer vs someone else's, what do I do?+
Our offer holds for at least 72 hours, so you have time to compare. Got a better offer elsewhere? Tell us and we'll beat or match it where we can.
