What to have ready for collection day
Nothing at offer stage. These are needed at collection or HQ drop-off:
- V5C logbook (or tell us if you don't have it, we still buy)
- Both sets of keys (single key reduces the offer slightly)
- Private-hire or Hackney plate, if the vehicle still carries one
- Service history, if you have it (improves the offer)
- Outstanding finance settlement letter, if applicable
- Photo ID matching the V5C (driving licence or passport)

Why are your offers higher than other sites?+

When do I actually get the money?+

What if my cab isn't currently licensed?+
All good. Licensed, lapsed or never licensed, we buy them all. The offer reflects the actual trade value for your condition and status.
