Selling your cab

How fast do I get paid?

Same day. Once we've inspected your cab and you've accepted the offer, the bank transfer goes the same working day, usually within an hour of collection.

Are there any fees?

None. The price we agree is the price you receive, in full, into your bank account. No buyer fees, no admin fees, no auction premiums.

Will you really come to me?

Yes. Free UK-wide collection, including outside London and Manchester. We come to you, inspect, pay, and drive away.

What if my cab is on finance?

Not a problem. We settle the finance directly with your lender on the day of collection and pay the balance to you. Tell us up-front and we'll do the maths together.

What documents do I need?

V5C in your name, photo ID, both sets of keys, and your UK bank details. If you've got a finance settlement letter or service history, bring those too.

Do you buy cabs that have failed MOT?

Yes, we still buy them. The price reflects the work needed, but we buy in any condition. Tell us up-front and we'll quote fairly.

Do you buy cabs with PCO plate but no V5C in my name?

We need the V5C in your name (or with a clear paper trail, e.g. a finance lender's letter) to legally buy. If you're unsure, call us before booking.

How long is your offer valid?

Seven days. The market moves, so after seven days we'll re-quote with fresh data. The button to refresh is on your estimate page.

Booking & collection

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes, go to /manage-my-appointment, log in with the email and postcode you used at booking, and you can reschedule, change the address, or cancel.

Do I have to bring my cab to you?

No. We come to you anywhere in the UK at no charge. If you'd prefer to drop it at our Bethnal Green office, that's fine too.

Can I sell on behalf of a family member?

Only if you have written authority and the registered keeper's photo ID. If it's a deceased estate, please call us first.

Fleet sales

How fast do you turn around fleet quotes?

Within 2 hours of receiving your stock list. Larger fleets (200+) we'll often quote sooner.

Do you collect across the UK for fleet?

Yes, multi-site collection on a schedule that fits your operations. Logistics is included; you don't pay for transport.

What's the difference between selling to you vs auction?

Auction means buyer fees, transport costs, no minimum, and sometimes weeks of settlement. We give you a written firm offer in 2 hours and pay on collection.

Privacy & data

What do you do with my data?

We're ICO-registered as a data controller. We use your data to value, contact, and pay you. We never sell it. Full detail in our Privacy Policy.

How do I unsubscribe?

Reply STOP to any SMS, or click 'unsubscribe' in any email. We honour STOP server-side and stop all marketing within minutes.
