Does my TfL private-hire vehicle licence need to be current?+
No. We consider currently licensed cars, cars awaiting renewal and previously licensed London PCO cars. Have your vehicle licence or renewal paperwork ready if available. We value each car individually, including its licence status, mileage, condition and history.
Do you buy every make and model of London PCO car?+
We are interested in any make or model of London PCO car, including hybrids, electric cars, saloons and people carriers. The examples on this page are not a shortlist. Send your registration and details for a free valuation; any purchase is subject to inspection and agreement.
I drive in the ULEZ or congestion zone. Does that affect the price?+
Tell us your car's emissions details and TfL vehicle-licence status. We consider both ULEZ-compliant and non-compliant cars and value each individually. ULEZ compliance and eligibility for a TfL private-hire vehicle licence are separate requirements.
Do you collect from anywhere in London, or just near your office?+
We arrange free collection across London if we agree to buy your car. Our office is in Bethnal Green, and we agree the collection location and time with you before handover.
Do you take ex-Uber or Bolt cars?+
Yes. We consider London PCO cars used for Uber, Bolt and other private-hire work, across all makes and models. High mileage does not rule your car out. Tell us about its use, condition and service history so we can give you an informed offer.
Selling to us, whatever you drive
How quickly will I hear back after I submit my reg?+
A real valuer reads your submission and comes back with a firm offer within two hours during opening hours (Mon to Sat, 8am to 8pm). There is no instant figure on the site, because a person prices the vehicle rather than a form.
How long does the offer stand?+
Your offer holds for at least 72 hours, and the exact expiry date is printed on the offer itself. If it lapses, ask and we re-quote with current figures.
Do you collect, and does collection cost anything?+
We come to you anywhere in the UK at no charge, at a time you choose. If you would rather drop the vehicle at our Bethnal Green office, that is fine too.
When and how do I get paid?+
By bank transfer at handover, after inspection and agreement, before the vehicle leaves you. There are no selling or admin fees. The agreed offer is paid when the vehicle matches the details provided. If anything differs, we explain it and agree any revised offer with you before purchase.
What do I need to have ready on the day?+
The V5C logbook in your name, photo ID, both sets of keys and your UK bank details. Bring the service history and any finance settlement letter if you have them.
