Is my chauffeur car ULEZ-compliant?+
The 530e, the E 300 e and the petrol versions clear the Euro 4 petrol standard the London ULEZ applies. A diesel 520d or E 220 d needs Euro 6, which the later cars have and the earlier ones do not; non-compliant cars are still bought. Check your exact registration on TfL's checker.

How quickly will I hear back after I submit my reg?+
A real valuer reads your submission and comes back with a firm offer within two hours during opening hours (Mon to Sat, 8am to 8pm). There is no instant figure on the site, because a person prices the vehicle rather than a form.
How long does the offer stand?+
Your offer holds for at least 72 hours, and the exact expiry date is printed on the offer itself. If it lapses, ask and we re-quote with current figures.
Do you collect, and does collection cost anything?+
We come to you anywhere in the UK at no charge, at a time you choose. If you would rather drop the vehicle at our Bethnal Green office, that is fine too.
When and how do I get paid?+
Paid in full by bank transfer before your vehicle leaves, after inspection and agreement. There are no selling or admin fees. The price holds if the vehicle is as described. Any change is explained first, and you can say no.
What do I need to have ready on the day?+
The V5C logbook in your name, photo ID, both sets of keys and your UK bank details. Bring the service history and any finance settlement letter if you have them.
