Do I need the logbook, MOT, and service book on collection day?
The logbook (V5C) is essential, we can't transfer the car without it. The MOT certificate helps but isn't required, we run our own check. Service book and any keys (master + spare) are part of the agreed price, not extras.
What if I have an accident or insurance write-off history?
Tell us up-front in the assumptions step. We still buy categorised vehicles, Cat-N typically £800 to £1,500 off clean-equivalent, Cat-S more. Hiding it doesn't help, history check runs before collection.
Can I sell a cab in Cardiff with outstanding finance?
Yes. We settle the finance directly with your lender on collection day and pay you the balance, so you don't need to clear it first. Bring the settlement figure if you have it; if not, we'll request it with you.
