Petrol, hybrid iV or estate, does it change my Octavia offer?+
Yes. The iV plug-in trades above pure-petrol because of the EV-only range on congestion-zone trips. The estate trades above the hatch for airport-run private hire drivers who need the load space. Clean pure-petrol Euro 6 cars are still valuable and place quickly. We price each variant on its own merits.
Is a Skoda worth less than the equivalent VW or Audi?+
A little, and only because of the badge premium in the trade market, not the car itself. The Octavia shares its platform, powertrain and most components with its VW Group siblings, so for private hire use it drives identically with more boot space. We pay competitively at the Skoda end because trade buyers value the same reliability.
Does the Octavia DSG gearbox have issues at high mileage?+

When and how do I get paid?+
Paid in full by bank transfer before your vehicle leaves, after inspection and agreement. There are no selling or admin fees. The price holds if the vehicle is as described. Any change is explained first, and you can say no.
What do I need to have ready on the day?+
The V5C logbook in your name, photo ID, both sets of keys and your UK bank details. Bring the service history and any finance settlement letter if you have them.
