Do you buy de-plated or retired black cabs?+
Yes. Whether your licence has lapsed or you're retiring the cab now, we buy it as-is. You don't need to do anything to the licence first.
My TX4 is aged out of London under the 15-year rule. Is it still worth anything?+
Yes. Plenty of provincial councils licence older cabs, and there's steady export and parts demand for TX4s. Being aged out of London doesn't make it scrap. We'll give you a real number based on condition, not just the age.
Do you buy LEVC TX / TXE electric cabs, even with battery worries?+
Yes, LEVC TX and TXE are core to what we buy. Battery state of health is part of the valuation, not a dealbreaker. A weaker battery affects the figure but we still want the vehicle and handle everything same-day.
I still owe finance on my cab. Can you still buy it?+
Yes. We settle the outstanding finance directly with your lender and pay you the balance. Paid in full by bank transfer before your vehicle leaves. You don't need to clear the finance before selling.

How quickly will I hear back after I submit my reg?+
A real valuer reads your submission and comes back with a firm offer within two hours during opening hours (Mon to Sat, 8am to 8pm). There is no instant figure on the site, because a person prices the vehicle rather than a form.
How long does the offer stand?+
Your offer holds for at least 72 hours, and the exact expiry date is printed on the offer itself. If it lapses, ask and we re-quote with current figures.
Do you collect, and does collection cost anything?+
We come to you anywhere in the UK at no charge, at a time you choose. If you would rather drop the vehicle at our Bethnal Green office, that is fine too.
When and how do I get paid?+
Paid in full by bank transfer before your vehicle leaves, after inspection and agreement. There are no selling or admin fees. The price holds if the vehicle is as described. Any change is explained first, and you can say no.
What do I need to have ready on the day?+
The V5C logbook in your name, photo ID, every key you have and your UK bank details. Bring the service history and any finance settlement letter if you have them.
