Typical condition: 70,000-130,000 miles. Most active retirement stock.
Gen 2 (Mk2, 2018-present)
All-new platform, 40 kWh from launch, 62 kWh e+ from 2019. Real-world 130-180 miles. ProPilot driver assist. The current active PHV-fleet Leaf; strongest licensed-trade resale because of remaining battery life + warranty.
Typical condition: 50,000-120,000 miles. Premium PHV stock.

My Gen 1 Leaf has lost 30% battery capacity. Is it worthless?+
No. Battery degradation is normal and we price for it honestly upfront. A Gen 1 Leaf at 70-75% state-of-health still has used-PHV demand at the right number, plus continental export and grey-import battery-swap markets. Generalist instant-quote sites zero these out; we don't.
Do you buy Leafs out of London?+
Yes, free collection across mainland UK. Edinburgh, Nottingham, Brighton + Hove PHV fleet retirement is the biggest source. We collect from an agreed location at a time arranged with you.
Is my PHV plate worth anything when I sell?+
A live PHV plate adds licensed-trade demand. How much depends on the issuing council and the remaining plate validity, and we price it into your offer.
I lost the charging cable, does that matter?+
It reduces the offer by the trade cost of a replacement Type 1 (Gen 1) or Type 2 (Gen 2) cable. Tell us up-front so the offer is firm; if you find it before collection we'll add it back.
Do you buy the 40 kWh and 62 kWh Leaf as well as the early 24 kWh?+
Yes. The first-generation 24 and 30 kWh cars and the second-generation 40 kWh and 62 kWh e+ are all bought. Tell us which battery you have and, if the dashboard shows it, how many capacity bars are left.

How quickly will I hear back after I submit my reg?+
A real valuer reads your submission and comes back with a firm offer within two hours during opening hours (Mon to Sat, 8am to 8pm). There is no instant figure on the site, because a person prices the vehicle rather than a form.
How long does the offer stand?+
Your offer holds for at least 72 hours, and the exact expiry date is printed on the offer itself. If it lapses, ask and we re-quote with current figures.
Do you collect, and does collection cost anything?+
We come to you anywhere in the UK at no charge, at a time you choose. If you would rather drop the vehicle at our Bethnal Green office, that is fine too.
When and how do I get paid?+
Paid in full by bank transfer before your vehicle leaves, after inspection and agreement. There are no selling or admin fees. The price holds if the vehicle is as described. Any change is explained first, and you can say no.
What do I need to have ready on the day?+
The V5C logbook in your name, photo ID, both sets of keys and your UK bank details. Bring the service history and any finance settlement letter if you have them.
