Do you actually collect from Dundee for free?
Yes, anywhere across DD1-DD11. Free UK mainland collection has been the standard since we started; we don't deduct collection fees from the offer the way auction houses do. If you'd rather drop off, our office at Bethnal Green E2 is open Monday to Saturday 8am to 8pm.
How long from offer to money in my account?

My Dundee cab is on a PCO plate that's about to expire. Still buy?

What if I have an accident or insurance write-off history?
Tell us up-front in the assumptions step. We still buy categorised vehicles. Minor accident damage (Cat-N) is roughly £800 to £1,500 off the clean-equivalent offer depending on spec and repair quality; structural damage (Cat-S) more. Hiding it doesn't help; we run the history check before collection and a renegotiation on the day is the worst outcome for both of us.
